Default Passenger Fender Question

Some time ago I had to replace a fender on the passenger side of my 98 TA. Well long story short the fender didn't have the plastic bracket that is riveted to the fender. (near the door and up high by the windsheild) Does the GM fender come with these brackets? Or is there a part number for them? I have the complete parts catalog and couldn't locate any part that would go there. Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes the oem fender does come with all needed mounting brackets. I just ordered one for my ta about 3 months ago and it was exactly the same as the one I took off. If you have your old fender still just drill out the rivits and re rivit it to the new fender if the holes are there for the bracket. If not and the fender is not painted send it back and order oem. It cost me 205.00

Thanks for the reply, I couldn't find an answer from gm at the dealer. Thanks again.
