window and horn problems...help

window and horn problems...help Window- My window will not go down when I push the button, I hear the motor and it trying to go down but it will not until I put my hand against it and push it slighty downward, then it will go down fine. It comes up with out help as well. The motor is new so I am not sure what the problem is.
Horn- Basically one day my horn worked and another it didn't. I have checked all the fuses and they are all fine. Maybe a wire was cut?
