Default CETA Paint

Any one with a CETA ever purchase touch-up paint. I am trying to make my own custom FRC's and I ordered some paint from www.paintscratch.com, because that is what was in the sticky, and I think I just wasted $75 on nothing the paint isnt even close. I have tryed contacting them but the said that the paint swatch was an exact match to their factory chip. Personally the yellow looks like the millenium yellow used on the Vette's I am at a loss. Please help I was trying to do this some what cheap

I used a site called www.expresspaint.com and you just input the paint information(ie paint code 54U for Collector Yellow) and then you can order it however you want it, spray paint, bottle, can.

I got it in a rattle can so I could paint my own lid. It matches perfectly.

yeah well I put in an order to the place that BANDIT recommended, hopefully this paint will match. If it does I am sending the paintscratch stuff back with a little swatch of the new paint and telling them to match their paint to it.

Crap Crap Crap

The paint from www.expresspaint.com doesnt match either its also too dark. WTF My car only has 18,700 miles and I can tell that the paint has not faded. And to the best that I can see it doesnt look like it has been repainted. Could my car somehow be that far off when they painted it at the factory???? I am at a loss for words and I almost dont want to continue with my frc's because I have wasted so much on non usable paint now. So much for do-it-yourself cheaper.

The paint might be faded more than you think. Mine only had 30K when I got it and it had faded pretty good. The reason I know is because one of my stripes peeled just enough to see the darker paint underneath it .
