Can this hood be adjusted.

Anything can be made to fit. It's not unusual for knock off hoods to require an afternoon's or even a full day's work to fit well. Holes on brackets often need to be elongated with a carbide bit on a rotary tool, as well as grinding on specific areas of the fiberglass and adjusting everything

That looks like a matter of messing with hinge bolt positions, as well as possibly lowering the hinges a little. You'll also probably need to adjust the bump stops towards the front.
My VFN hood also required 3 notches on either side to clear the fender bolt heads.

I got rid of the hood. I've been working on it all day. Sold it to someone for $200. He put it on at my house and it fit perfectly first try. Now I have to put the brackets back on my old hood and try to get it to fit. Today was a total waste of time and I had no idea what "adjusting" a hood meant. now I know. And I hate it LOL
