Door removal and installation

I am just wondering about unclipping the wiring harness's on a door and if buying a door should I make sure they come intact? Because I surely do not want to be splicing the wires that control my power window and accessories. Has anyone done this install?

No splicing is nessesary. The hardest part for me was getting all the plastic wire loom clips out of the door. Unhooking the connectors is not that bad. As for reconnecting, it was pretty self explanatory cause the wire is just long enough to go to the correct place. Be careful with the window/lock bezel connectors also. All of the wireing will come out of the hole where the rubber loom comes out of the door. The really hard part was lining the new door up Major pain in the *** doing it by myself.

So I can buy a door with the wires cut and just unlplug the ones out of my messed up door and then rehook up to the new door inside?'
