Lookin For NBM Paint

Lookin For NBM Paint I am in need of some NBM,,,dont wanna pay 17 bucks for a 5oz spray can at my dealership (unless im forced to). I know i can get some Duplicolor, but i can only find that in the lil jars,,am i hosed?
This paint is needed for some Fuel Rail covers,,,i was told that i must use a Adhesive Promoter,,,,can any one verify this?
I do have, and can use a Binks Spray Gun,,,i would prefer this option..but whatever i can get without breakin the bank for paint..

If you have a gun, go to a local shop and tell them you want them to mix you some paint, and them give them the paint code.
-I have used the duplicolor stuff, and its not bad at all, you just have to know what you are doing. Sure the adhesion promoter will hel, but just make sure eeverything is 100% clean.
