Default ? about shipping from VFN

I'm about to order a WS6 hood from VFN. I was just wondering how long it generally takes to recieve that hood? Anyone with past experiences care to chip in? Thanks, I appreciate it.

Hold out for an OEM. (see link).
I found one the same color i needed on ebay for cheaper than what i spent on the vfn and the paint shop. You'll be MUCH happier with the fit and quality with the oem. Sucks waiting to find one on ebay but it's worth it. BTW my shipping from vfn took 7.5 weeks.

What a lot of guys are FORGETTING is that VFN hand makes these hoods. Your not waiting 7 weeks for shipping, your waiting 7 weeks for them to make the hood. They make more parts then just ws6 and sunoco hoods, and that is something people do not realize. Sometimes you wait long sometimes you don't, it's all about how busy they are. VFN just relocated to a new building that is much larger and more accommodating, so I would assume that the wait time may be a little shorter.

Thumbs up

Ok, well I spoke with VFN today and asked if there was anyway that they could get it to me sooner, seein as my bird is my only car and I kinda need the hood after hitting a deer last week. I cant afford to wait 4-5 weeks, so i paid for an expediting fee, but they said they could have it to me in a week . HUGE thumbs up for VFN
