Door Seperating Hey all,
I recently found me a nice project z28. It needs the motor/tranny setup, but was going to work on that over the summer.
As far as the body goes, it needs some body work on the driver's rear quarter, looks like some dragged a bike handle down the side. But, the biggest problem is the Drivers door skin is seperating from the rest of it. You tell from pulling on the window slightly outward.
How much would it cost to bond the door back together? Or should i just look for a new door? the color is green/blue metallic. 94 z28.
any info would be great.

I am in a similar situation. I am redoing a 93 Z and the original door was seperating. I didnt even try to fix it because I didnt want it to happen again. I found one in a junk yard w/ a good window and a side mirror attached for $40 dollars

cool, but around here...F-bodies are like hen's teeth. I mean there is a 93 z28, for 2g's that is complete, but cranks but won't run. I know nothing about the Speed density on the 93's. But they guy wants 2g's for it, since that what he owes on loan. Would it be worth it to spend the money on door, or 2g's on the car and figure out why it won't run?
