Looking for Feedback

The first photo is of my car as it is right now, I don't drive the car every day anymore, and don't need it for transportation, so I was thinking of giving it a makeover and doing some road racing, and autoX with it. Putting a cage in it, fiberglassing my own fender flaires, and adding the lights up front. I already have some aftermarket suspension, and it handles great, and for what I am looking to do it has enough power to get me started anyway. (Atleast thats what I'm telling my wife!) I would like to hear your thoughts on the Photoshoped rendering of the direction I am going. (2nd pic)

The lights in front are cool but the green flame is too ricer looking. IMO.

lights are fine, flames are stupid, the hood would look great if the main section were painted white to match the car and leave the other piece black.

yea like everything just not the body kit. maybe just make some extended rockers so u can do ur exhoust

I like it all except the wheels. It needs something 3 piece. Flames.... eh. If that's your thing. It's all personal taste on those.

I have to agree with the rest, the only good part with the photo shop version is the lights. But that is my two cents

i say nix the green flames and the nascar wheels....the wheels you have now look fine, and the flames just don't mesh with it at all.

i think the body kit & spoiler could look good if it were "molded" into the body to make it look like one piece, instead of extra pieces that were just painted & slapped on there. i do like the side exit molded into the side rails on the body kit, tho.

and paint the hood the same color as the car....and maybe paint the angled parts of the scoop black, similar to the "manta ray" on the SS hood.

and the way the body kit flares like that, definitely need to ditch the side moulding
