Default Stupid paint and missing 'gasket'?

Hey folks, hoping to get a few pointers here. The first pic is a section where my paint just sorta..flaked off...one day while I was rinsing off the soap. You can't really tell in the pic, but the paint looks like it is 'blistering' around the edges...almost like there is a pocket of air under the paint. I'm hoping I wont need to repaint the whole panel, think it can be done in just that section?

The second pic is obviously of the rear section of my ttops, there used to be a small rubber piece there which fell out somehow, and, 'amazingly', the same happened up front. Can that part be replaced? Any info is much appreciated.
