Need Help Removing Front Bird Cover

A couple of weeks ago, I got pulled over for tint, that led to also citing me for my plates not being shown on front. So now I need help on removing front bird (Plate) cover. I tried pulling the plate out but It felt as if I were going to break it. Can anyone help me on this one? thanks in advance. (btw, Its an 02 TA.)

Two torx bolts on the bottom.

T10 torx to be exact - access them thru the gap between the front plate filler and front fascia at bottom of filler plate

Just keep tugging on it. Eventually it will come off.....

Yes!! Got it, Took it off after I got outta work today. Didn't see the 2 screws @ the bottom, thanx for the help guys.
