weather stripping I have a 02z and it has 38,000miles and the t-tops leak... I was thinking about replacing all the stripping....
Can the average joe perform this task? and how much will it cost...?

Weatherstripping will run you close to $600 just in parts. The t-top strips alone are almost $100 each and the larger one that goes along the door and t-top channel is close to $200 each.
I just bought one for my pass. side t-top that was a little over $80 and that was employee price.
