Radiator Core Support Install

My upper radiator support will need to be replaced.

I've been told that this part welds in place.

My question is, where does this support start? Do you take the fenders off to get to the start of the support?

Any pictures would be greatly apprecaited.

I beleve it welds in and I know the fenders need to be taken off. starts under the front of the fenders and goes across. If it is a good bodyshop you have no need to worry.
