Default Simoniz Fix It!- DOES NOT WORK

alright heres the story...i was up late one night and this infomercial came up about instantly repairing scratches. im sure you guys have heard about the Simoniz Fix It! to make a long story short, i bought it and tried it out. its absolute bullshit! i cant believe i fell into this idea that a big scratch can be instantly fixed, but it would have saved me a lot of money had it actually worked. point being is this. i dont want to sound naive about legal claims but is there something you can do about this? something like false advertising?

Unfortunately probably not although I am no lawyer but all the "scratches" in those commercials are usually scuffs in the clear.
How bad is the scratch? If you run the tip of you finger nail across it (gently) will it stop in the scratch?

i just cant believe that someone could get away with something like this. there are a few scratches, some are a little more than swirl marks, other are deeper scratches, so to answer your question yes.

Anything that deep is probably going to need sanding and buffing, IMO.
