What Color Would U Paint?

I have a 99 SS that is black right now and i want to paint and change color. I'm open to all suggestions as long as it is a light color easy to keep clean. I don't want white looking for something a little flashier. Leaning towards silver or pewter right now with a black manta.Thanks guys!!

I think pewter would look pretty good. One of my friends has one, it looks pretty damn good. I think that black manta would make it look even better.

I don't mind it, but the polls say perter is the least favorite color. You could probably get someone to trade you a pewter car plus some cash for your black one. It'd sure save a ton of time and money.

well i will say this, if i was gonna repaint my car, it sure as hell wouldnt be a color that gm offered for my car in the first place. that viper steel grey does look good.

I obviously love Pewter

. BUT when it comes to painting a whole car I would go against sticking with a stock color... unless it was a rare stock color (Hugger orange, medium blue metallic, sunset orange).

Why not a stock color? That would make it a lot easier to touch up and repair if it was in a wreck.

I'd go with the old school daytona yellow offered on the 69 camaro's, with black stripes. Or Hugger Orange with white stripes. Classic colors!

i would personally go with mbm, sunset oj, hugger oj, or that viper steel is really nice. im personally considering switching mine from black to the sunset oj. i really like the color a lot.

the only thing that makes me think you guys are crazy that want to paint your cars when the paint you have is fine, is that a GOOD paint job probably cost almost what these cars a worth now..
