Default How to fix?

I posted this awhile back but now that im getting a few bucks from my tax return im gonna try and fix this. (pic below) Whats the best way to fix this? And im gonna just to do it myself and not take it to a shop.

if it were me id just call one of those paintless dent remover guys, they normally fix scratches and chips like that, the guys out here in cali are cheap and ive seen impressive work for little stupid stuff like that

is that scratch thru the clear, or is it a white mark on the bumper? if its thru the clear you will need to fether it out prime it, wet block it or wet sand flat so you dont see a bullseye in the paint, blend your color and most likely clear the whole cover. you can try to use icing, prime just the area that needs the repair then color and melt the clear in the area needing the repair but it can get tricky
