Paint?

I got a couple nicks here and there and i was wondering is it wise to put the touch up paint on? I have a black trans am so those little white marks show up BIG time....If so whats the proper way in applying the paint? Just wash and put it on or is there something special to do?? Just don't want to have shitty touch up paint on and have it look like crap, cause that would be worse then the little white marks

Or should i just wait??

wash it definately to make sure the surface is clean and let it dry completely. because water and solvent based paint do not mix. then i use a pin striping brush or a very fine paint brush with soft bristles and apply into the chip. you might have to let it dry and apply a couple coats. personally i would get it repainted with a better and harder clear coat before theres to many chips and its not worth fixing.
