Need replacement clips for ground effects

Need replacement clips for ground effects The power company is ripping up the end my driveway, and though I didn't realize it at the time I must have caught my ground effects on it, taking the caps off two of the clips. I put it back and it seems to stay in place, but I'll like to replace the clips. Is there a part number for these or does anyone know of a good source? I've attached a picture
