I have a 99 z28 that is bright blue met. I am repainting it and fixing the body this week and ordering a sunoco hood. my question is what do u guys think about some pearl blue ghost flames. they would only be viable in the sun and under street lights.

Ghost flames, IMO are the way to go if you are thinking about doing any kind of flames. Rather than doing pearl blue I'd tint some inter coat clear with white or silver pearl (or color of your choice) then clear on top of everything. Very subtle and you don't have to try and get a blue pearl that makes a close match..
