Entire kit including fans and shroud, twin intercoolers all the piping and tubes. It is the 8 rib pulley system also. I changed the bipass valve to vent to atmosphere instead of recirulating (similar to the LT1 kits). other than that everything is stock.
I do not know the milage on the kit, it came on a car that I bought (kept it when I sold the car). It worked great when it was on the car however. I only have a 4.50 blower pulley but others can be had remotely cheap and easy. I serviced it when I bought the car with the ProCharger oil. And ran it on the car for about 1k miles then took it off and sold the car. Going to start at $3750 OBO SOLD
LS6 intake approx 64K miles on it $350 shipped.
