Bottle #3 - Custom painted old style NOS bottle, 10lb, Tall and skinny style, Hi-Flo valve, no bottle nut. I bought this bottle from some kid who had spray painted the entire thing black, I sanded it down, primed it, and had it painted black, then had blue ''true flames'' airbrushed on it and clear coated the whole thing. the valve still has some black spray paint from the last owner. There is also a clear run around the neck of the bottle but its not bad I didn't notice it until I brought it home. 175 shipped

Just an FWI the date codes provided (thank you very much) are all out of certification most places will not fill them without getting recerted.
They need to be hydrostatic tested, and it's a periodic requirement for pressurized cylinders like fire extinguishers, scuba tanks, and so forth. IIRC, most new cylinders must be tested after 10 years, then every five years thereafter. The legal requirement stems from DOT and OSHA regs, and NFPA fire codes, etc.
Bottle 1 - was in 97
Bottle 2 - was in 08
Bottle 3 - was in 00
I purchased one a while ago used off here and found that the hard way. Found a place to does it locally but its a pain in the *** and its about $35.00 a bottle.
