that was going to be my suggestion as well. I too own one. Do not bother wasting your money on another plastic one.

Maybe I'll get one of those, it looks pretty similar to the metal one i got on ebay, I have an aftermarket boot thats using it right now and its fine, however I have diff. color scheme moods haha, and The black leather boot I just got was cut for a factory plastic, the metal one would just rip it since the cuts are uber wide. I wanted to swap from my current red/black boot with black ****, to a black boot with red ****

*yeah, I alternate shift ***** too depending on mood, pistol grip/hurst classic/SLP *****

I really do need a plastic ring, otherwise I gotta sell this custom leather boot.

The red/black does not match with the silver Pistol grip..
