Weak Rear-end?

Just a quick sort of dumb question, car has 26k miles A4. 2.73 and when say i turn a corner and hit the gas feels like the rear end and drive shaft snap together, not super hard but noticeable. Discuss. Also my passenger cat is bad, if anyone has a spare that i could buy let me know. I noticed this black build up by transmission what is this?

I have a pair of cats you could buy. The black build up may be from a small leak or oil wasn't cleaned of the bottom of the pan from the last service.

Did you check ur tranny mount? black build up could be anything, just follow it or look for something else leak. oil and tranny pans (gaskets) and where they meet up. look at ur rack and steering lines.
