WTB Miscellaneous ls items

I am building an ls2 with ls3 top end. I have the block, heads, intake, and rotating assembly. Thats it. I have 3 kids and am on a budget. That budget is as little as i can spend. I am looking for things like covers, lifter trays, accessories, etc. If you have something that you would sell for CHEAP, let me know. Im not looking for free stuff, just hoping to find a couple things in decent shape that have been lying around your garage or shop. My # is 561two40nine509. Send a pic and a price.

Will any of those work for gen 4 block?

I am not 100% sure on all the differences between the LS2 block and the LS1/6. I also have a set of LS2/LS3 coil brackets of you are in need of them.

No, Gen III valley cover, and gasket set will not work on a Gen IV block -you will need to find Gen IV pieces.
You can find a new Gen IV 4.8L valley cover with gasket set for around $45 shipped on ebay.

Hes going non-DOD. Werent all the Gen IV motors DOD and/or AFM and maybe VVT unless they were true LS3s?

I got him hooked up with the lifters, knock sensors, and crankshaft position sensors, waiting on a decision on lifter buckets. Good guy to deal with!
