I am looking for a rear end from a Z28. Preferably a 3-channel with 3:42 gears. It needs to be located in the NorthEast, preferably no more than 2 hours from Long Island, NY. If anyone in the are has one lying around please PM me.

 

i've got 3 rears. 2.73, 3.23, and 3.42 the only 3 channel rear is the 3.23 rear. the other 2 are 4. channel rears. i can ship freight.

 

I think the shipping would be too much to make it worthwhile. Out of curiosity, 4-channel rears would work on a car that originally had a 3-channel, right?

 

No. They will plug in, but you will throw an ABS INOP light. IF you dont care about abs, it will work.
