2002 Engine trans wireharness and pcm in 98 T/A
2002 Engine trans wireharness and pcm in 98 T/A Hello,
New to the site, Paul here, have a question for you guys, Son just purchased a very clean 98 Trans am it was a theft recovery the engine trans wireharness and pcm and front cradle/suspention was removed and stolen, thats how we purchased the car, we have since bought a complete 2002 Camaro SS drivetrain, engine,trans, wireharness, PCM and cradle, so now I notice that the two wires that go through the firewall and plug into dash harness under the glove box look diffrent, one looks the same but other one has a diffrent plug in, so anybody have any suggestion on how I can plug this complete 2002 PCM, harness into my 98 body?

Im not sure, but someone else can chime in.. but i think that its because of the guage cluster being different between the 98's and the rest(99-02) you may have to find a 99+ guages and possible a interior harness that runs to the guages... Not quite sure but hope this helps...
