e85 and B3601, stoich

e85 and B3601, stoich Good day all,
Here in the underworld we now have e85 available in an effort to reduce additional negative contaminates since the fire, brimstone and sulfur are already thick.
My question is on EFI live parameter B3601, which only allows for a stoich setting of 10 to 16 AFR. I understand that e85 has a Stoich of about 9.78. I have put 9.78 in the field and it has a red border, but the calibration tab does not show it to be out of range. This leads me to believe that the soft limits have been exceeded, but not the hard limits. Am I correct? Will EFI Live still use the 9.78 or will it round up to 10 AFR? I have converted all tables to EQ and everything else looks good.

My sema car is running on e85 only. Yes changing that value to 9.78 should work just fine. You just hit a safety limit is all. Usually 10.0 is where you want to set it, due to manufacturing/settling/actual ethonol content.

Thank you, i will try it. i guess that a 10 stoich will work as well if i have to. Anything else I might need to know. my VE table is right on with petro.
