need a programmer for V6 camaro

one of my friends has a '00 camaro w/ 3.8 V6........ he wanted me to help him tweek his car a little, i have been trying to find a programmer for the V6 but havent had much luck, only kind i've found was a hypertec, and i would prefer a diablo, i know my efi live software will communicate with it but i dont have anymore licenses, i just wanted to see if anybody knew of a hand held for them, whichever one it is will have to do tranny tunning also
