In need of Megasquirt tune

Can anyone help me out with a decent base tune to get me started out. Im pretty new to Megasquirt and EFI in general so any help would be appreciated. Here is my setup............

Stock LS1
Super Victor intake
Wilson Elbow
Wilson 90mm TB
160lbs injectors
S480 turbo
Running on E85

MS2-Extra 2.01 code on a 3.0 PCB with MSD 6010 handling ignition.
