ask yourself how someone could tune your car without driving or logging data from it.
small changes, emissions, CAGS, speedometer, injectors (for the most part)
and a few other things could be altered without consequence,
but things like spark, fueling, and airflow forget it.
your mods need a lot of attention.

understandable, this is good news for me. We think its just dumping way too much fuel, but hopefully its understandable of why im asking the question. I dont want to drive 3 hours and it be something thats not in the tune.

start by putting an exhaust on the car... there is NO WAY that a PCM can operate in closed loop with open headers. Your O2s can't exactly control fueling if you have them hanging out in fresh air.

As noted above, you will still need the extra in-person tuning to get it driving and pulling as well as it can, but that mail order tune may work for you much better once the full exhaust is on the car.

Good luck.

i mean would open headers cause very weak throttle response, and act like it has no cam in it?

so basically with the 02's being so close to fresh air, Its F'ing everything up, and causing it to dump way too much fuel possibly, therefore causing the weak throttle, etc.

yea serious ******* up may have occured w/ all that fresh air wash. your second priority is to fix your tune, once you have exhaust done you will be able to drive in closed loop (part throttle/idle) safely since o2 sensors will trim enough, however if you dont get dyno tuned you may be risking your engine everytime you go WOT
