Frost or any tuners? Any input would be appreciated. Only thing I have not pulled all the way out and looked at is the pass side 02 wiring. The driver's side is not even close to the headers. I have checked for leaks (exhaust) and every other recomendation other than the wires which I checked as far as I could see but need to pull loose from starter? ( I think) and o2 to check it all.

It is just saying that the computer is not getting a reading from the front driverside o2 sensor, I would try moving the o2 sensor to the other side and see if it moves to be a code to that side, if so, then simply replace that o2 sensor.

That or you need to check the wiring. If you are using extensions, make sure they are good too. Ive Seen LOTS of bad ones. Usually pins in the wrong place.
