We're out for PRI this week.. Bill should be able to get to you mid week though.. its just bad timing right now, sorry.

 

To follow up:

We did get a response from an HPtuners rep.

Most current version was 2.22.

The version on the cd we bought was 2.0.

Logged into the account and downloaded latest version.

The comp we used was missing .net framework required for this software to work.

It seems to be working now or at least activated.
