Re: EFIV5 Pro ?'s yep but be careful when you change numbers. My advice is to inactivate the bi-directional controls before you make changes. You don't wanna accidentally add a zero to your 1000 RPM idle and make it 10000!
Re: EFIV5 Pro ?'s Actually, the RPM limit in bidi controls is 2048rpm. (8*256 for those that were wondering)
However, take care with TP settings on drive-by-wire vehicles.
If you are at all concerned, the quickest and most reliable way to "stop" any overrides is to turn off the ignition.
However, common sense, being careful and the limits that are built into EFILive bidi controls and the PCM should prevent undesired results.
You can increase and decrease the settings gradually using F7 and F8 hotkeys. It's safer than "typing" in the values.
(Note: F7 does not work in the Idle control panel - it will be fixed in V6.1.6)
