Default 02's acting funny, Maf was?

Well I didn't drive my car for about a month. I was waiting for my new lid (sold my old wisper). I also switched to a amsoil filter, its much nicer than a K&N. Got it all back together took it for a 20 minute drive. Got a p0102. timming was horrible, only 14* at Wot! LTFT were -6 to -11 O2's at .92. Prior to it being taken apart I had about 25-26 degrees at wot, LTFT were always -3 to 2. Checked the ENG. SENS. fuse, it was good I also checked the V at the MAF It was also good. So I cleaned it out with some electrical cleaner. LTFT went back to normal, got rid of the code. But at wot funny stuff happened LTFT were 15 at 7000 to 9000herts, LTFT always went to 0 before at wot. I only had 20* timing, and the 02 were .94. Reflashed the computer (LS1 edit)......... Timing back at 26* but the 02's are showing .95 to 1V at wot! LTFT at 7-9 herts are 5-6 at wot. For a split second they are 0 (as they should be at wot, right?). I feel that the MAF is beginning to fail, possible the 02's. I currently run a SLP 85MM MAF, what are your thoughts. Also no knock retard at all!!!!!!
