Default crazy timing dips

i put this in the forced induction because its a turbo car but maybe someone here has seen this problem.

the car is breaking up at hight RPM and the logs show wierd timing dips from like 14 to -2 degrees...there is no knock recorded and no retard as far as i can tell

just for info in the log when it happens the afr is like 10.4:1 ( im leaning it out slowly) and the timing around the dip is 14.5 map reads around 129 kpa. then just ranbomly it shoots to -2 ...any ideas

the log is here

you have torque management kicking in on the shift.
check your log - it is happening when the shift is commanded, right?
otherwise, post up the actual log.
