I have had my 94 TA dyno tuned by ed wright, he did a great job onit but i need to delete tranny tables because oof the 350 turbo swap. I have been wanting to get lt1 edit for a while and now would be the time to do it, but i heard ed put a lock on his programming? if so, is there anyway to get around it? Id hate to start all over from scratch after all taht money and time programming it. thanks

NO. Once the lock is on there you must have it retuned by him. You have the option of having us do it and buying a computer from us at cost of the PCM plus we would need yours as a core. The total for programming would be $450.00 for tuning and $200.00 for the PCM. We do not lock you out but can use the same program that Ed did. If you do not want to spend that much you should resend it to him. I do know he has a 6-8 week waiting list for reprogramming. Let us know if we can help.

You can also buy the cable (you will need it for scannign your car anyway) from www.akmcables.com . You can then download your pcm and send the file to Ken Kelly (LT1 Edit). he may be able to unscramble it for you, but either way you will know before you purchase the software.
