FYI, hypertech for ls1 is garbage.

I just tuned my buddies 02 WS6 for him. He previously had a hypercrap tune in there so I decided to take a look at it. I found that the only thing it does is add 3 degrees timing to the .44 g/cyl and up cells in the high/low octane tables. How pathetic. He has a manual too so no trans adjustments.

found a copy of a hypertech tune and used HPTuners to put in in my friends car and he ran 12.8 bone stock. Thats .5 faster than he ran with a stock tune.

I am sure there is a PE adjustment at minimum in there too. Its never going to be a custom tune though.

I sure there isn't.....I'm looking at it right now. Oppps, my bad the fans come on sooner also.

.5 seconds faster........I've been doing it all wrong then.
