I got HPt about a year ago, my truck had not been running right at all for the longest time, wicked rich all the time, now finally a year later I have the VE reasonably close (as close as I'm going to try to get it +/-4 without having my wideband hooked up yet), the MAF is relatively close, and now it runs fine, I didnt really like it when it was SD only, and its a pita to get the 4k+ VE numbers without going to jail for speeding or reckless endangerment.
