Default Open tune question

I have been playing with the different tunes i have and liked the open tune the best.. however i recently put some high flow cats on so that the cops would leave me alone.. lol and wondered if its ok to run an open loop tune without wrecking the cats.. I got magnaflow HF metallic cats.

if open loop, the cats won't function correctly. due to the nature of how they need to switch rich to lean to work correctly.

I am currently using a maf tune but my setup has never really agreed with it.. I have a very good open tune i did before i added the cats in and wanted to know if switching back to an open loop tune with high flow cats on it will destroy them or if it just means they may wear out sooner... obviously its in open loop on warmup but if its in open loop full time what can i expect to happen? Or am i stuck with a maf tune again... i dont care about if the cats are doing their job its just to tone down the noise and clean up the sound.. it also takes some of the exhaust smell out.
