o2 sensors
o2 sensors i live in NC and the awsome state
has emissions regulations. i have gutted cats and am a little past on the inspection. the emulator i bought off zzp dosent clear the code. i have heard of people tuning out the code for the rear o2's but will this work on inspections. they only do visual as well as hook up the obd2 to see if they are getting good numbers from the o2s. i have hp an hp tuner but its the first version. any help is appreciated.

If you turn the codes off you should pass just fine. I have !air,!egr,!cats, all show ready. Since you have "cats" on there then you should pass the visual w/ no problems. I dont know anything about the hp tuner, mine weren't done that way. Someone else might know about that
I know on the newest version you can go into your engine diagnostics then to DTC's and switch everything about the bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2 to never set off the SES light. Then just clear your codes.
