I had good service from them. They ship you the hand-held programmer and you can just load the tune program at home at your convenience.
You can get differing spark curves, gear ratio changes, and emission codes disabled, etc.
As your car becomes more heavily modded, it made more sense for me to get a software tuning suite to address all of the fueling, spark, and performance needs I wanted.
My experience was positive. I just have enjoyed learning to tune my own car, and would always recommend your own tuning as you obtain more modifications and power.
