So today i went to try and reflash a stock tune on my car. When i went to put the key to the on position, i get this crazy *** beeping sound.. my gauges dont do anything, my security light is blinking and the "security" on the gauges is blinking rapidly. Then after a few seconds both the RPM and MPH speedos simultaneously sweep and go back to 0. what is going on here?

it wont read the vcm................ Ive tried using my spare set of keys, still the same thing. Guy who works on my car thinks its the VATs acting up or something to that nature. **** THIS CAR
