Default slow rev

noticed after my header install that my car seems to rev alot slower than before. could this be because i dnt have te rear o2's hooked up. the car has not been tuned yet either so maybe thats it. but any help is appreciated

Rear O2's have no bearing on fueling or anything other then if your cats are outputting the correct AF ratio. If they are out all you get is a SES light but no changes occur otherwise. After headers my car felt slower until the tune, it was probably in my head but after the tune you can feel the difference. I'd say get your VE dialed in as well as your PE table and you will be happy.
