Default Help Electrical Car Dying

Car is dying it's cutting in and out fule PSI is fine Volts are fine I took a fast look at all my battery and grounds I could see...Car is not drive in winter and has a newer opt battery....

Last night is got super warm super fast so every thing was wet and most likly still is under the hood I am assuming water got in some thing.

What would make the ING cut out seems to happen more underload?
Do any one have a diagram of the Igntion.

I also took it 4 a ride at lunch and didn't start right away turned over fine just no spark but had full PSI.

Any Input would be helpful

Fixed was my MAF sensor turbo piping had a hole in it!
