Enable Torque Management
So I was thinking...and Im not sure if this is a good idea or not, but since I have Edit and have played with TM, I know that I can reduce delivered torque through certain rpm ranges.
So what if I killed say approx 100 ftlbs(or more or less, depends on how well it shifts) of torque through 5800-6200. Kind of acting like a window switch for the turbo so the car can more safely shift.
Will the engine bog too much? I know there will be a lot of forced air coming in while the engine tries to lower its torque output and that could be dangerous right?
How does the torque reduction work? Does it cut timing? Or what?
Thanks
