How to remove Vin from HPP3

I'm wanting to sell my HPP3 from my 99, but I was told that it marries itself to your car. How can a deprogram it? TIA.

I know how to get the car back to stock programming. I want to get the Hypertech back to stock so it can be used on another car. Sorry for the confusion.

When you set the cart back to stock (like having no programmer at all) it will unmarry itself and be good to go on another car.
