Will it run?? I have my stuff in from Texas Speed for my cam swap... I have the MS4 cam and was wondering if I would be able to drive it without a tune.... I was originally going to wait until I had the money for the tune before I did the install but I am really anxious...The car is stock right now and I am doing an MS4 cam, PRC springs, ported LS6 oil pump, double TC, New Era intake, PS headers, and a Monster clutch, and I'm going to have my TB ported... It's my only car so thats why I'm wanting to know before I do it....
I'd hold off until you are able to get it tuned. You will be adding alot of additional air into the motor that the PCM will not be able to account for and if you are adding injectors then your injector tables will be wrong.
You have an m6 so you may have better luck then I did. Thats a pretty big cam to hope for it to be ok to drive after the install.
