Default O2 issues

The vehicle is a S10 with a 5.3 swapped in to it. The vats, EGR, evap, rear O2's, are all set not to report. After fixing a lot of other issues, the motor starts fine and runs good for about 1 to 2 minutes, Then it will fall flat on its face. It has the error code showing for a crank relearn, but you can't get it to run above 2 grand, when it doesn't run right. The thing I noticed was when it first starts up, the O2 sensors are very active and work correctly. After the inital running, the O2 sensor stay below 100 and the motor pulls all the timing away. Any ideas. I'd say bad sensor if it was one of them, but not both of them.

What are you tuning with? Have a copy of the tune and a log of what its doing?

I'm using HP Tuners (VM scanner) to log, but it was tuned with TunerCat OBD2
I could save a log file and post it tonight. Its a stock 5.3 file with the VATS and emissions turned off

Thanks for the offer, it turned out to be a bad OS, I flashed it with a F Body LS1 tune with the cylinder size corrected and a few other changes and it ran great.
