HANDHELD TUNING QUESTION...and GEARS

HANDHELD TUNING QUESTION...and GEARS I was recently given a brand new set of gears for my 2002 Z28 and I have tuning questions.
Once installed, can I use a PREDATOR Tuner (handheld) to tune these in? I am in Hawaii and tuning is very limited and I really do not want to buy HP or EFILive for just this, because I really do not see much more happening to this car. I am doing the install because they were given to me.
Any ideas or advice on this would be great.
