car bogs at full throttle mid rpm

car bogs at full throttle mid rpm when im driving my car it bogs out at full throttle and doesnt go anywhere unless i have it above about 5,000 rpms i replaced the o2 sensors with universals and mpy tuner thought that would be it but i just recently pcs to new mexico so im no longer near a tuner... i do believe he changed wat my barometric pressure sensor looks for as well so a code doesnt pop up as it was before after he deleted the code for my tps sensor.... my mods are 244/248 .630/.630 at 112 78mm port polished dont know wat other mods i haev could possible cause this...
